The friendly staff in our cool and spacious fitness gym have all the know how to help you get the most out of your visit, using high quality and accessible equipment. Workout effectively with a personalised programme. 

Our membership packages include unlimited gym and fitness classes so you can enjoy a varied workout, or take advantage of 25% off pay as you train prices with our Better card. Our fitness and swim package includes unlimited swimming at Copeland Swimming Pool.

Please note: An induction is required before using the fitness gym.
