JUNIOR FITNESS ACTIVITIES

JUNIOR GYM

Junior Gym is a dedicted session where older children aged between 11-17 can access the gym and get active. All sessions have a member of staff present, so if you are unfamiliar with any equiptment, you can always ask them for safety advice. All juniors are required to attend a junior gym induction prior to attending a gym session to help build your childs confidence in the gym and learn how to use the equiptment. 

ADULT AND JUNIOR GYM

Alongside our classes and sessions for under 18's, we also run aduly and junior gym sessions where you can work out with your child. 9-15 year old's go for free with a pre paid adult on a membership.

JUNIOR FITNESS CLASSES

Come along to our junior strength and conditioning on Tuesday's and Sunday's with our fitness instructor Paul. This is a great way for children to work out together and learn new workouts to motivate them in the gym. 

SWIM FOR ALL

SWIM FOR ALL

Why not take the whole family for a dip during the holidays? These extremely popular sessions will be available to attend both during the day and at weekends. (please check timetable and app for times and availability) 

ERADICATOR

Our holiday eradicator sessions are back on:

• Tuesday 14:30-15:30
• Thursday 14:30-15:30
• Saturday 15:00-16:00

Experience the excitment of play challenges, races and family fun on the water with an exciting, inflatable obstacle course which is laid out in the swimming pool.

Designed for adults and children 8 years and over (must be able to swim 25 meters) 

FAMILY FUN SESSION

Our Family Fun Sessions are taking place every:

• Monday 14:00-15:20
• Wednesday 14:00-15:50
• Friday 14:00-15:50
• Sunday 12:00-13:50

With floats and music this is a great day out for the whole family!

INTENSIVE SWIMMING LESSONS

We're excited to offer Intensive Swimming Lessons designed to enhance your child's swimming skills.

There will be one block of lessons during the half term, taking place from Monday October 28th to Thursday October 31st. The schedule is as follows:

• 10:00 - 10:30 (Green)
• 10:30 - 11:00 (Amber)
• 11:00 - 11:30 (Red)

Your child will attend at the same time each day, gaining valuable practice and building confidence throughout the week. For more information, please contact us at Truro@gll.org. We hope to see you there!
