JUNIOR GYM
Junior Gym is a dedicted session where older children aged between 11-17 can access the gym and get active. All sessions have a member of staff present, so if you are unfamiliar with any equiptment, you can always ask them for safety advice. All juniors are required to attend a junior gym induction prior to attending a gym session to help build your childs confidence in the gym and learn how to use the equiptment.
ADULT AND JUNIOR GYM
Alongside our classes and sessions for under 18's, we also run aduly and junior gym sessions where you can work out with your child. 9-15 year old's go for free with a pre paid adult on a membership.
JUNIOR FITNESS CLASSES
Come along to our junior strength and conditioning on Tuesday's and Sunday's with our fitness instructor Paul. This is a great way for children to work out together and learn new workouts to motivate them in the gym.
