At Newquay Leisure World, we have 2 swimming pools. Our fun pool is packed with water features and offers fun for all the family.
Our six lane 25m pool offers lane swimming for those who prefer uninterrupted swimming.

Our Swim for Fitness sessions take place in slow, medium and fast lanes, so if you are looking to improve your fitness or technique, come along - you can take things at your own pace.
We opererate Our Swim for All sessions in our 25m swimming pool. These session caters to individuals of all fitness levels. Whether you aim to increase your self-assurance, refine your stroke techniques, relieve stress by floating in the water, or simply desire a relaxed swim alongside your loved ones. These sessions are a great route back in to swimming.
Please note that our fun pool is now closed for the winter season. Family Fun sessions will resume in the spring. Our 25m pool remains open.

Looking to make a splash on our exciting inflatable can you master the obstacles and make it to the end. It is guaranteed to be an hour of fun and laughter as you jump right in trying to conquer.
This activity is most suitable for over 8’s but with life jackets provided for the activity it is suitable for 5 years and over.
These sessions run on Friday afternoons in the School Holidays.
Try something new and exciting with our water workout sessions. These very popular classes with great tunes combine aqua aerobics with strengthening and conditioning exercises, providing a high-energy and low-impact workout that gets your heart pumping while minimizing joint pressure.

• Pre Cleanse
Please help us to keep your pool clean by following our
Swim Hygiene guidelines by showering and using the toilet
facilities before you swim.
• Respect
People of different standards and abilities will use the pool. Please
respect their right to enjoy their swim.
• Speed
Choose your lane using the fast, medium and slow signs and by
watching those already swimming. Before pushing off at each
turn, check to see if anyone faster is approaching.
• Direction
Please follow the directional signs and move across to the
appropriate side of the lane for each length.
• Space
Try and leave at least 5 metres between yourself and another
swimmer and if it’s possible to see a pace clock, then a 5 second
gap is just as good.
• Strokes
Wide stokes such as butterfly and breaststroke should be avoided
when the lanes become busy. If you change to a slower stroke as
part of your session, think about moving lanes.
• Equipment
Fitness swimming training equipment, such as fins and hand
paddles, is permitted at the discretion of the lifeguard and based
on capacity. Snorkels can be used in conjunction with conventional
swimming goggles.
• Resting
Whether stopping for a rest or catching your breath after
completing your swim, please be mindful that others using the
lane will want to keep on swimming without stopping
