Our gym boasts 45 Technogym™ workout stations, Fixed Resistance and a Free Weights area. We also have a brand new outdoor functional fitness area to complete your full body workout!
The Cardiovascular machines come with a range of new features including UNITY Touchscreens and are part of the latest Technogym Excite+ range.
UNITY screens enable users to watch TV, listen to the Radio, sync in their USBs and view documents saved to USB sticks.
Members can also use the Technogym App to track their progress.
