Starting Blocs Athletics
In partnership with Welsh Athletics we are launching the Starting Blocs programme at Western. This fun exciting programm is suitable for children age 4 - 9 years and is an excellent introduction to the sport of athletics.
Children will learn the key movement skills needed for a life in sport, in a safe and positive environment, through games that are designed to teach children the foundations of running, jumping and throwing.
