Junior Gym 11-17 Years
Our junior gym sessions offer 11-17 year olds the opportunity to use the gym with guidance and support from our experienced fitness instructors. There are dedicated times throughout the week and across the weekends, with additional times being offered throughout the school holidays, for juniors to use the gym. Juniors will have access to gym equipment such as bikes, treadmills, rowing machines and an array of resistance machines. Prior to venturing into our Junior Gym sessions our junior members must complete a mandatory gym induction to guarantee the safety of all our junior members. We offer a Junior Gym Induction conducted by a certified fitness instructor who will instruct them on the appropriate use of the equipment, exercises and gym etiquette.
