Nicola Turecek Taekwondo (NTTKD) 
Founded in 1999 by Nicola Turecek and her father, Mike Turecek, NTTKD has grown into a highly respected Taekwondo institution dedicated to excellence in martial arts training. 
 
Mike and Nicola began their Taekwondo journey in 1986 and have since achieved 6th Degree Black Belt status. Together, they proudly lead multiple classes across Caerphilly and Cardiff, inspiring students of all ages and abilities. 
 
Nicola Turecek is an accomplished martial artist, holding nine World Championship titles, five European Championship titles, and numerous national and regional accolades. Her dedication and expertise have motivated countless students to achieve success in tournaments and beyond. Passionate about helping others reach their full potential, she is committed to fostering growth and achievement in all her students. 
 
Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence, Miss Turecek continuously sets new standards for herself and those around her. She takes immense pride in the club and its students, particularly the Black Belts who continue their training, become champions, and go on to give back to the art as instructors and role models. 
 
Taekwondo Association of Great Britain (TAGB) 
 
NTTKD is proudly part of the Taekwondo Association of Great Britain (TAGB), one of the largest and most successful martial arts organisations in the UK. Established in 1983, TAGB has over 20,000 members nationwide and is recognized for its commitment to high standards in Taekwondo training and competition. 
 
TAGB is a key part of the British Taekwondo Council (BTC), the official governing body for Taekwondo in the UK, ensuring that all members train under safe, structured, and professional guidance.
