Our Junior gym sessions are for 11-17 year olds to get a chance to come and stay physically active in a gym environment.
All Junior members are given a full induction with our qualified fitness instructors and will be shown how to use the quipment safely and effectively.
Junior members have access to the centre at the following times:
Wednesday-Friday 3pm-6pm
Weekends 10am-2pm
Junior members have access to all cardio and resistance machines in the main gym area as well as free access to junior classes.
Juniors under 16 are not permitted to use the free weights.
