Our Junior Gym sessions are for 11-17 year olds to get a chance to come and experience training in a gym environment.
All Junior members have to complete an induction on joining with a member of the Fitness Team which takes them through how to use the equipment safely and efficiently. Junior members also get a programme at the end of the induction for them to follow to help their development in the gym.
Junior members have access to Treadmills, Bikes, Crosstrainers, Resistance machines and bodyweight exercies. The gym floor is always monitored by a member of the fitness staff to ensure the junior members safety and provide extra help where needed. Junior members aged 16 and 17 also have the ability to make use of our free weights section as well as all our other gym equipment.
