Cardio Junior
At Whiterock Leisure Centre we deliver a Cardio Junior class which is designed to boost cardiovascular health and take your fitness to the next level. Get ready to sweat as you work the cardiovascular machines, such as treadmills and rowing machines, and push yourself with high-intensity bodyweight exercises. Our junior fitness classes provide a great workout experience for young people aged 11 to 17. With structured exercise programs and a knowledgeable fitness instructor, these classes are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.
