If you are new to the gym or a regular user looking to re-evaluate your goals, our gym inductions at Templemore Baths will give you the confidence to achieve them. Learn the safety of each equipment and receive demonstrations on our gym equipment from one of our qualified fitness instructor in a relaxed and informal gym environment. Basic- A 30 minute 1-2-1 induction with the aim to introduce you to our range of equipment, machines and exercise to make you feel comfortable on your fitness journey.
If you are aged between 11-17 years old and looking to stay active, we will be offering junior gym sessions, 5 days a week at Templemore Baths.
Each junior is required to complete one junior gym induction prior to attending our junior gym sessions, to learn how to use each of our equipment safely.
On completing the junior gym induction, juniors can attend any junior gym session and will have access to our equipment such as our treadmills, cross-trainers, rowers, exercise bikes and much more.

Keep your family active by working out together in our adult and junior gym sessions.
Juniors must be supervised at all times by the adult accompanying them. Juniors are required to book into this session and must have completed an induction.
Juniors aged 11-17 are able to attend these sessions.
