Our HYROX classes are designed to challenge every part of your fitness, combining strength and endurance in an action-packed 45-minute session.
Each class will be programmed differently, the aim of the class is to provide a high energy environment to support you with building fitness, strength and endurance. During the class you will be coached exercises to perform to support with the exercises programmed into the fitness race format.
Do not worry If you are not a strong runner, these classes offer many regressions and progressions to tailor the workout to each individual.
