Birthday Pool Parties

Is your child's birthday coming up and you would like to treat them to something special?

Our Party Packages offer:

90 minutes of Family Fun pool session including small pool, beach area, lazy river, bubble burst, cannons and jets, Waves & Flumes (8yrs+) followed by 60 minutes in one of our dedicated party room spaces for food and birthday cake. 

Your booking includes up to 15 children, or add more!. If you'd like more spaces, please contact us.

Please reserve your space well in advance to avoid disappointment. (minimum of 2 weeks notice)

Swim Safety Rules Apply for our Birthday Parties - Children under 8, weak & non swimmers will need to be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

Party Room

After 90 minutes of exploring all of the pool features and rides you will then have 60 minutes for further celebrations in our dedicated party room for food, drink and birthday cake. 

For Food:

You may self cater packed lunches or buffet style food (note we do not allow take aways or fast food to be delivered).

Or select from our party food options cooked and served to you from our cafe. 

Please ensure you book the correct time for your desired party space upon booking your party.

Party Balcony

After 90 minutes of exploring all of the pool features and rides you will then have 60 minutes for further celebrations on our dedicated party balcony with an incredible view over the pool.

For Food:

You may self cater packed lunches or buffet style food (note we do not allow take aways or fast food to be delivered).

Birthday Party Terms & Conditions

Administration

- Terms and conditions will be issued upon booking.
- Full payment is required upon booking via the webiste or payment can be made at the centre or via pre arranged phone call. 
- The Birthday Party Administrator will require a minimum of 1 week notice for any changes to your booking. Please inform the Birthday Party Administrator straight away of any change in numbers. The Birthday Party Administrator will need to be given at least 1 weeks’ notice.
- We regret that we will not be able to accommodate any changes made after this period. Including number of attendees and party food. 

- Please note, unfortunately any non attendees on the day will not be able to be refunded or credited for their space. 

General Party Rules

- All attendees must adhere to the pool rules, which are displayed throughout the premises and on the website. 
- Please be sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to your party time for check in and changing time.
- Please ensure all attendees are aware of the times of the booking. We regret that we will be unable to alter times or provide extensions to your booking on the day.
- The Hirer will need to ensure that they have the contact details of all of the parents/guardians of the children in attendance for use in the event of an emergency.

- GLL cannot accept any liability for the loss, damage or theft of any items. - Please take care not to leave belongings behind or unattended, and please do not bring valuables to the centre. All belongings should be stored in the lockers provided throughout the pool session.
- We do not allow the use of cameras or video equipment around the pool or of anyone in the pool. You may take photo's/videos in the party areas only.
- Alcohol is not permitted to be consumed anywhere on the premisis or before entering the premsis.
