We're delighted to announce that the brand-new Soft Play at Basingstoke Sports Centre will open on Saturday 25th January!

Tumble into a world of fun — with a vibrant and exciting space designed to spark joy and imagination in children of all ages!

Enjoy thrilling interactive features including a tube slide, twin lane slides, and a colorful rainbow bridge that invites endless exploration. Dive into the vibrant ball pools, weave through the playful spinner forest, and challenge  coordination and balance with engaging play structures. Whether racing a friend or discovering new ways to play, our state-of-the-art soft play ensures every visit is packed with fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Big fun for little adventurers

Younger adventurers can enjoy a dedicated Under 2’s area where little ones can explore safely at their own pace. This specially designed zone features interactive sensory elements, crawl tunnels, and soft surfaces, creating the perfect environment for early learning and development while ensuring parents can relax knowing their toddlers are in a secure space.

A grab-and-go cafe is available with light refreshments ample seating to sit and relax whilst the kids let off steam!

  • Booking in advance is strongly advised either online or via the Better UK app, however walk-ins are avaliable subject to availability.
  • Supervision ratios apply for children under 8 years old - maximum 3 children per one adult.
  • All junior tickets admit one adult free. Additional adults must purchase a ticket.
  • Socks must be worn at all times

FAQ's

How do I book a session?

Soft play sessions are bookable in advance online or Better UK app. Bookings will be valid for a 1 hour slot with an entry and exit time as stated upon booking. Walk-ins are available subject to availability.

What are the age restrictions?

The Soft Play facility is suitable for children up to 10 years old. There is also a dedicated under 2’s area.

Can I bring food and drink in to the Soft play?

No outside food or drink is permitted. Customers will be able to purchase refreshments from our new Café, in the soft play area.

Where can I leave my buggy?

There is a designated buggy park area outside the soft play. If you would like to secure your buggy, please remember to bring a clip/lock.
