Basildon Gymnastics Centre (formally known as Better Gym Basildon) is home to RISE Gymnastics, offering Gymnastics Courses for children aged from 3 years in the community (from 2nd March 2025). RISE Gymnastics framework has been developed by British Gymnastics and this sport not only offers a range of benefits that improve your childs overall health and wellbeing, but also teaches them the fundamental skills which will help with other sports and activities.
