I haven't attended a fitness class before or don't feel very fit, will I be ok to attend?

Yes! Our fitness classes are designed to accommodate all ages and abilities, encouraging participants to work at their own pace under the guidance of our fitness instructors. Our basic range of classes is particularly suitable for beginners and those new to exercise, with details available on our Better UK app and website.

You may also benefit from our 'Give it A Go' program, included at no extra cost with any Better Health membership, aimed at supporting you in becoming more physically active. After an initial health check, you'll receive a six-week program with tailored activities to help you get started.
