‘‘Outstanding” Horley Leisure Centre achieves QUEST Stretch!
The team at Horley Leisure Centre are very proud to announce that we have been awarded Quest Stretch for 2018. The centre was banded as ‘‘Outstanding’’ by QUEST, the UK’s leading Continuous Improvement Tool for leisure facilities and sports development teams.
To achieve this prestigious industry award the centre have had to show proof of great performance in all aspects of running the leisure centre and what it offers the community and it’s customers.
To all our customers we want to say a massive thank you for input & participation. We care about our community & our team & together we can continue making this a great place for people to grow, keep healthy and stay active.
The assessment report highlighted strong performance in various areas of the business, with it’s membership base at it’s highest since it first opened. The centre’s General Manager, Hannah Fautley expressed her pride in the centre’s achievement, saying, '‘myself and the team are extremely proud to have achieved QUEST Stretch, this is a result of everyone’s hard work towards a common goal’’.
We have seen the swim school go from strength to strength, with junior memberships increasing as well. With an array of activities for our juniors during term time & the school holidays, they have exclusive access to gym time, classes & fun activities.
The over 55 programme has proven really popular as well, with it now running three days a week. The centre is part of the Reigate & Banstead partnership which came in 3rd place at the Club Games in 2017, the 60+ club programme has been a real success with memberships increasing along with its reputation.
Investments have also gone into improving the gym & other equipment in the facilities & we really hope that everyone will be able to find to something they’ll love.
We are always working to become better & better so any feedback is much appreciated.
