As the name suggests, a Better Flex membership is our most flexible membership offering you one free booking activity (gym, swim or fitness class) a month plus up to 30% off full-price activities. All for £10 per month (via Direct Debit) plus £12.50 initial setup fee.  

Offering you flexibility, Better Flex Adult Concessionary includes one free booking activity (gym, swim or fitness class) a month plus up to 30% off full-price activities (during peak hours) or 50% off full-price activities (during off-peak hours). All this for a monthly fee of £5 (plus £12.50 setup fee). 

Better Flex Junior offers under 18s one free swim per month or booking activity if over the age of 11 (gym or fitness class) plus up to 30% off full-price activities for a flat fee of £5 per month via Direct Debit (plus £12.50 setup fee).
