From a 33m swimming pool and over 50 pieces of gym kit,  to over 20 fitness classes a week including Yoga, Pilates and Aqua Aerobics. Whether you  want to improve your fitness levels, or simply relax in our health suite, we have got you covered.  We offer a range of kids and teen friendly activities available such as junior gym and junior fitness classes as well as family friendly swimming sessions with inflatable obstacle course and a dedicated kids splash zone. Our extensive swim school programme caters for all ages and abilities including adults and kids, as well as parent and baby swimming lessons. There’s something for everyone
