At Lewisham's only athletics track, you can simply come along for a run, or if you'd like to take up athletics we work with two fantastic clubs. The track is also avaliable for bookings for school sports days and other similar events.

Our Clubs - Kent Athletics Club
At The Alex Yee Ladywell Arena we are also very proud to host Kent AC
Established in 1898 Kent AC is one of London’s top athletics and running clubs. We cater for both Men, Women and Juniors. Based at the Ladywell Arena in Lewisham we are only 15 mins from Central London. We regularly compete in road, cross-country and track events at local, regional and national level.
We cater for all abilities from the fun runner wanting to get fit, to the serious international athlete and those making a ‘comeback’. Most of our training sessions are in or around the Ladywell Arena. Prospective members are very welcome to come along, take a look and join in our sessions on Tuesday or Thursday evenings.
