The newly refurbished Gym boasts a stylish, open planned 120+ station gym complete with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment across the dedicated cardio, strength and functional training areas. We also have two studios offering a wide variety of 80+ fitness classes and a dedicated Group Cycle Studio hosting 28 bikes. Fitness Classes include Yoga, Pilates, Dance and much more. As for swimming activities our 33m 6 lane main Swimming Pool and Teaching Pool is the perfect place for all your water activities including our Better Swim School lessons and Aqua Aerobic Classes.
