Our state-of-the-art fully equipped studios comes with a fully integrated sound system along with a range of equipment including:

- Medicine balls
- Weighted Pilates balls
- Bolsters
- Bars
One studio is also fitted with Wexer which has a plethora of classes from the world's top instructors, which connects to a projector and drop-down screen for virtual classes.
These classes will be included in our timetable as well as you being able to select any on demand class when the studio is not in use. Some of these classes include: Insanity, Zumba, Cyberobics, Yoga, Pilates.
