Welcome to Better Gym Bexleyheath, a friendly and affordable gym conveniently located near the Broadway and a short walk from Bexleyheath train station.  We offer no contract memberships and have something for all ages and abilities to help you stay fit and active.  Over120 pieces of top of the range Technogym kit are laid out across the dedicated cardiovascular, strength and resistance training zones;  including two squat racks, two Smith machines, two cable machines plus six free weight benches  and a TRX station in our functional training area.  The dedicated Group Cycle studio is high intensity and an immersive place to work out, complete with air conditioning and disco lights.  Our friendly Fitness Instructors will put you through your paces on the bikes or in our energetic Core Conditioning or Circuit classes.  Our no contract Junior Gym memberships for 11-17 year olds give access to the gym during specified after school and weekend supervised time slots.  We offer on-site parking and bike racks so why not pop in today and a member of the team will happily give you a tour?  We look forward to welcoming you to Better Gym Bexleyheath.
