Finchley Lido Leisure Centre, located in Great North Leisure Park in Barnet, has a variety of facilities for the Barnet community which includes an 82 station state-of-the-art gym which offers Boditrax (precision body composition and cellular monitoring system) and free WIFI. The large range of fitness classes take place weekly in two studios, one of which is a dedicated group cycle room, plus supervised junior fitness sessions in the gym are available for 11-17 years. It is the perfect place for family swimming as it also has a fun leisure pool that includes a wave machine, jets and other fun features suitable for all ages. The 25m pool boasts a comprehensive ‘Learn to swim’ programme and during the summer the outdoor pool is a great place to swim and soak up the sun.
