Pedal Up
The Pedal Up school sessions consists of a full range of fun games and activities to master the FUNdamentals of cycling. Riders will learn to master basic skills such as cornering, braking, generic bike handling, but ultimately having fun and coming away wanting to do more! Pedal Up sessions will include mini versions of the main disciplines we have to offer in the venue.
It’s strongly recommended that schools book Pedal Up sessions prior to booking one of the main disciplines. In the event that the school books a main discipline and the coach deems certain pupils do not meet the required level of skill to take part in the session, those pupils will be required to sit out of the activities and must be supervised by a member of school staff. If all, or the majority of pupils do not meet required standards for the main discipline, the coach will stop the discipline specific session and deliver Pedal Up Schools activities on a flat area.
