Parties

There are a range of kids birthday parties available at Lee Valley VeloPark. Take your pick of our three options and book your child an unforgettable birthday party today.

• Please note that parents are to bring their own birthday cake, party bags and table decorations if required. No balloons, party poppers, silly string or similar.

• Parental supervision will be required, one adult (over 18) to every seven children, so a minimum of two adults per party

• The lead parent will also need to sign our group parental / guardian consent form for all children to take part in the activity

• Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the session

• Bike and helmets included

• Arms and legs must be fully covered to take part in the BMX session

• Full fingered gloves must be worn for BMX / MTB

• Medals and small Lee Valley water bottle

• Payment required in full at the time of booking, non-refundable – if less riders attend no refund will be given for unused spaces

• Lee Valley VeloPark customers are entitled to up to 4 hours free car parking upon entering the car park and remaining throughout their whole visit. It is your responsibility to enter correctly your full vehicle’s registration number into the venue terminals and note when your 4 hours expire

• During the winter months BMX sessions maybe delayed or cancelled depending on weather / track conditions. Cancellation of the session could be on the day

• If for any reason you need to cancel a birthday party you must give us at least 30 days notice and we will only allow you to reschedule once
• Any extra snacks or drinks are available at Cafe 42 and can be purchased on the day. Food or drinks not purchased on the premises may not be brought in but additional catering options can be requested in advanced via email
