Lee Valley White Water Centre
Rafting Unleashed
When: July and August
What: Our rapids are waiting! Take on the mighty drops of our Olympic standard white water course. Your runs will all be about speed, using the power of water to navigate the course in a rollercoaster ride. We may not have a 360° loop, but we have drops that will get your heart pounding and smiles forming. Suitable for anyone age 12+.

Rodeo Rafting
When: July and August
What: Bucking broncos have nothing on our rapids! If you’re ready to step your rafting up to the next level then this is the experience for you. Don’t be fooled by the serene journey to the start pool, get ready for some white water action which isn’t for the faint hearted as this is an out ‘n’ out adrenalin fuelled ride. You’ll get to splash down from the big drops, surf the curling waves and upon arriving at the end of the course you’ll catch your breath before getting back on the conveyor to the top of the course to do it all again.

Hydrospeeding

What: Nothing beats this exhilarating activity, which is pure white water fun! Jump into action as you navigate your way down the rapids with your flippers on and holding on to your board!

Explore Kayaking
When: July and August
What: Explore Kayaking sessions are fun for all the family and take place on our crystal clear lake. These fun and relaxed sessions are a great way to paddle with your kids or friends.
The experience will last for 60 minutes; this includes a safety brief and kit distribution. Once you're fully briefed, you'll be ready to get started! No previous experience necessary - you can improve your skills as you go! Come and have fun for either a one off session join us regularly.

Explore Paddleboarding
When: July and August
What: Our paddleboarding sessions are fun for all the family! Discover the world of Stand Up Paddle Boarding on our crystal clear lake and have fun or relax whilst you paddle with your kids or friends.
The experience will last for 60 minutes; this includes a safety brief and kit distribution. No previous experience is necessary - just turn up and test your balancing skills! Once you’ve been fully briefed by one of our instructors, you’ll be ready to get started!

Water Wipeout
When: July and August
What: Tackle our fun-sized inflatable obstacle course on our lake and compete against your mates to see who can complete our course in the fastest time. Leaping over obstacles before whizzing down the slide at the end – you’re guaranteed a splashing time.

Track Attack
When: Tuesday 6th August and Thursday 15th August
What: Whether a complete track cycling newbie or a master of the banking, learn new skills and follow in the footsteps of Olympic heroes. Suitable for those aged 12 - 16 years.

BMX Thrills and MTB Skills (7-11)
When: Wednesday 7th, 14th and Thursday 29th August
What: Beat the boredom of the school holidays as your kids grab their handlebars, burn rubber and experience cycling like never before. Riders will improve their skills, learn new techniques, and gain confidence on the BMX track and MTB trails. Suitable for those aged 7 - 11 years.

BMX Follow Up (7-11)
When: Tuesday 27th August
What: This session is a follow on from our BMX Thrills and MTB skills or tackling the skills required for the BMX track. Push skills and confidence on the circuit to a new level as previous experience is used to develop new, more advanced techniques.Suitable for those aged 7 - 11

Lee Valley Athletics Centre
Star Track
When: Monday - Friday, 30 July - 30 August, 9am - 3pm
What: Our Star Track camp offers budding athletes the chance to receive expert tuition in a range of skills for all the different types of athletics disciplines from hurdles to high jumps and sprints to javelin. Your young one will discover and develop skills in all field and track sports with the final day seeing them put their skills to the test with our Star Track Competition Day! Suitable for ages 6-12.

Own a Pony Sessions
When: July and August
What: Muck out, groom, tack up, ride and learn lots about horses and the care they need, giving your child a taster of what it's like to own a pony. Suitable for ages 5+.

Meet the Mini's

What: A great way for introducing young children to ponies. Meet and groom our american miniature horses whilst being supervised by a member of staff who can answer all your questions about ponies. Suitable for ages 3+.
