  • 1:1 Adult Tuition or Junior Learn to Ride for two children - a one hour Adult 1:1 session to improve your riding techniques or a tailored 1:2 session with an experienced coach to teach your children how to ride a bike

Once a gift voucher is purchased, you’ll automatically receive an e-voucher to your specified email address. Please note, we’re unable to deliver gift vouchers via post.

How long is my voucher valid?

In general, gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase however, please check your order confirmation for an exact expiry date.

Is equipment included in the gift vouchers for Lee Valley VeloPark?

  • Bike and helmet hire are included in taster sessions, but additional safety equipment may be desired for example Gloves or Look Keo Cleats which can be hired on the day. Please note, we’ve got a wide range of bike sizes available but bike hire does depend on a safe and comfortable fit

  • Cycling and other activities at Lee Valley VeloPark involve inherent risks. Participants must acknowledge these risks and take responsibility for their actions. If unsure about participation, terms, or the safety declaration, consult staff before booking or engaging in activities

How do I redeem my gift voucher?

Lee Valley White Water Centre and Lee Valley VeloPark

Gift vouchers purchased directly through Lee Valley White Water Centre and Lee Valley VeloPark can be redeemed online.

Once you have purchased a gift voucher, select your activity and add it to your basket. You'll have the option to redeem a gift voucher online.

Third Party Gift Vouchers

If you have purchased a gift voucher for Lee Valley White Water Centre and Lee Valley VeloPark via a third party such as Buy a Gift, Red Letter Days, Into the Blue or Virgin Experiences please email the venue directly (cilck the venue name above to email) with your voucher number and the preferred date/time of your activity and our team will be in touch.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
