Body Conditioning
Once you start, you won’t ever want to stop! Our intense and exciting Body Conditioning classes combine cardio and body conditioning for a full on, high-energy workout!
Circuit Training
Our Circuit training class is high intensity interval based training where you try a range of exercises for that full body work out. They are fast-paced and aid losing weight, toning up and building strength.
Functional Fitness
Get better strength and balance. The exercises in this session are designed to help you train and prepare your body for daily tasks by simulating common movements and muscles you use every day at home, work or during sports.
Group Cycle
Ready to sweat? Our Group cycle classes will ensure you burn some serious calories in a lively, atmospheric, motivating environment.
HIIT
HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is a form of high intensity cardio that involves working in short bursts (intervals) with rests in between. Our HIIT classes can last 30 minutes and are made up of 60 second intervals that alternate between activity and rest time. Session are usually short and intense, making HIIT an ideal option for those who want to work out but have minimal time on their hands.
Legs, Bums, Tums
Packed full of moves that will work and strengthen your body, Legs, Bums and Tums (LBT) classes are a popular fitness class option for staying active and toning your lower body.
From squats and lunges for your legs to and ab exercises for your core, work out your whole body to upbeat music and meet a bunch of new people along the way.
Pilates
Our Pilates class is great for lengthening and strengthening your core whilst in a calm and relaxing studio environment.
Strength
Get stronger and sculpt. These sessions are designed to help you get fitter, stronger and leaner using a series of exercises using equipment and your own bodyweight.
Yoga
Our Yoga classes focus on energetic and traditional yoga poses helping you to relax the mind and improve your strength and wellbeing.
Zumba
Our Zumba is inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and traditionally performed to high energy dance music. This class is a guaranteed fun way to make you sweat and feel better.
