Lee Valley Riding Centre launches BHS Pony Stars
Lee Valley Riding Centre is proud to be an official Approved Centre for the new British Horse Society (BHS) Pony Stars, aimed at young riders under 12.
The awards offer a fun and engaging way for juniors to improve their riding skills and explore many pony care topics and become a well rounded equestrian.
As part of the programme, each child will receive their very own My Challenge Book to log their achievements. As they progress through the various challenges there will be stickers, badges, and rosettes up for grabs too to keep them engaged and motivated.
With four key groups, Pony Stars enables long term progression with a range of activities that will develop knowledge, skills, and self confidence. In each group your child will work through sets of challenges that make up topics within set themes.
Whether they’re beginners or experienced riders, kids can progress at their own pace and earn recognition for their achievements.
