London International Open Poomsae Taekwondo Championships
Get ready for an exciting weekend at the Lee Valley Athletics Centre in London! On Saturday 25 May and Sunday 26 May, we're hosting the 2024 International Open Poomsae Taekwondo Championships.
At the championships, you'll see athletes showing off their skills in Poomsae Taekwondo, which involves carefully planned moves and techniques.
Competitors will do their routines solo or with teams, trying to impress the judges with their accuracy, strength, and style. There are categories for everyone, so everyone can enjoy and support their favourites.
