Do you know someone who dreams of representing Team GB or ParalympicsGB on the world stage? The latest initiative from UK Sport, Team GB, and ParalympicsGB, called Find Your Greatness, is searching for talented individuals aged 16-24 who are eager to push their limits and explore a future in Olympic and Paralympic sports.
This athlete recruitment programme aims to uncover the next generation of talent across a variety of sports, from cycling and rowing to weightlifting and modern pentathlon. Regardless of their current sport, Find Your Greatness is open to all active young people who want to take their skills to the next level.

Assessment Day
Successful applicants will be invited to regional assessment days in November and December at locations across the UK, including a session at the Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre on Saturday 16 November 2024.
