The gym has cardio machines and strength training equipment with panoramic windows, while the 25-metre pool and learner pool suit lane swimmers and those taking lessons. Unwind in the sauna after your workout, or join classes including group cycle, HIIT, Pilates, boxfit and dance fitness. Aqua aerobics is particularly popular here, with regular sessions in the main pool. The teaching pool offers Aqua Splash for children, and there's table tennis available too.
