Fitness Instructor Profiles
My name is Luke and I am a Fitness Instructor for GLL (Better UK). I am a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and have various other fitness qualifications including the HFE Level 2 Award in Instructing Water-Based Exercise and The Certificate in Instructing Studio Cycling. I obtained a Master’s Degree in Sports Coaching at The University of Central Lancashire in 2020 which involved specialising in Strength and Conditioning and Youth Football Coaching with The Football Association. I also have a keen interest in strength training and fell walking.
My aim is to support people to achieve their maximum potential, both physically and from a wellbeing perspective. I also aim to ensure the gym is a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all abilities and backgrounds.
I believe participating in fitness classes is an excellent way to meet new people, learn different components of fitness and to develop general wellbeing. I aim to provide the best possible gym experience by being approachable and supporting people with diverse fitness goals and interests.
I understand going to the gym for the first time can be an extremely overwhelming experience, however I am here to be help and provide a supportive and inclusive gym community.
