Strength
Our strength classes take place in the free weights section of the gym and focus on barbbell and dumbbell exercises that will help to improve your strength and improve your body composition.
Our experienced fitness team lead the class, they will be on hand to ensure that all exercises are performed correctly and safely.

Stamina
A cardio and endurance based class using cardio equipment such as treadmills, assault bikes and ski ergs. These are combined with endurance based exercises on the gym floor such as wall balls and lunge walks.

Yoga
Breath led class , suitable for all levels. Moving through a series of physical poses to increase strength and flexibility while developing the mind body connection. Perfect complement to any fitness regime or as an antidote to 21st century living.
Legs, bums & tums
Get fit, raise your endurance levels and shift some pounds with this fun class. As the name suggests, Legs, Bums and Tums targets and helps sculpt all those areas. In this class you will use some weight plates, barbells and your own bodyweight to work on the lower half of your body and core. This fun class is suitable for all fitness levels.
BoxFit
Combining boxing moves with energetic aerobic exercise to give you a fantastic all-over workout, our boxfit classes are ideal for boosting your cardio fitness & energy levels. Work out in a safe and fun environment and achieve your fitness goals.

With over 1500 classes to chose from you will be spoilt by choice. These classes are available to play via our on demand player in the studio. Simply select your class and press play. You will have 60 seconds to prepare before your class starts on our giant projection screen.
