You don't have to be a member to take part in our fitness classes but we are sure to have a membership that suits you.
Our inclusive citywide membership includes swimming, gym, fitness classes, and racquet sports across all of our Better centres in Belfast.

Aqua Aerobics
Why not try something new with our water workouts?
Combining aqua aerobics with strength and conditioning moves, a workout in the water will get your heart pumping without putting pressure on joints.
Circuits
Push your workout to the next level with high intensity circuit training. Circuit routines provide a rigorous, all-body workout as you tackle a sequence of physical challenges designed to get you fitter and stronger.
Box-Fit
Get your heart racing and feel the burn with Boxfit at Ballysillan. Boxfit is a high intensity cardio workout based on boxing techinques using gloves and pad work.

Pilates
Core strength is the foundation of how Pilates works, strengthening the core develops stability throughout the entire torso. This is one of the ways Pilates helps many people with back pain!
Pilates class takes place every Thursday at 5pm.
Yoga
Yoga classes at Ballysillan take place regularly and are a great opportunity for you to feel better inside and out through balanced movement and meditation.
