Truro Leisure Centre on College Road gives you a 25-metre pool and learner pool for lane swimming, lessons and club sessions, with aqua fitness classes that pull in regulars every week. The gym has cardio machines and free weights to cover your training, and group classes include yoga, Pilates, group cycle, dance fitness, circuits and strength conditioning. Join aqua splash sessions or bring the kids for swimming lessons-we're known locally for our learn to swim programme that supports swimmers at every stage.
