Saltash Leisure Centre on Callington Road brings fitness and swimming to the local community, a short walk from Saltash station. The gym has cardio machines and free weights for strength training, while the 25-metre pool and teaching pool offer lane swimming, lessons and aqua classes. There's a flume for added fun, and the cafe makes a handy stop after your workout. Classes include yoga, Pilates, HIIT, group cycle, boxfit and dance fitness all week, with circuits and strength conditioning sessions too. We run programmes for over-50s, swimming lessons for all ages, and birthday parties. We partner with local schools and the football and rugby clubs to support community health and activity.
