Our gym has cardio machines and strength training equipment to cover your training, while the 25-metre pool and teaching pool cater for lane swimming, lessons and aqua sessions. There's a sports hall for badminton, basketball and pickleball, plus group cycle and exercise studios running yoga, Pilates, combat, barre and functional fitness classes. Aqua Splash sessions and gymnastics keep younger visitors busy, and we offer over-50s classes alongside programmes for kids.
