Lee Valley VeloPark celebrates 10 years
Lee Valley VeloPark is excited to announce its 10 year anniversary in 2024, celebrating ten years since we opened our doors to the public. Since we opened in 2014 we’ve welcomed millions of visitors, we’ve seen lots of you take to the same track as cycling heroes like Sir Bradley Wiggins, Dame Laura Kenny and Mark Cavendish and also taught people of all ages how to cycle and feel safe in the saddle.
Since the London 2012 Games and over the past decade, this iconic venue has secured its place in history by hosting prestigious events in the cycling calendar like UCI Track Champions League, and Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games and Six Day London series.
Not to mention welcoming wider sports, events and charities such as Comic and Sports Relief, the Great Ormond Street Hospital charity, Prost8 Challenge, a huge series of Run Through events, British Indoor Rowing Championships, Trampoline and DMT League.
Join us in commemorating a decade of cycling excellence at Lee Valley VeloPark at our open day to celebrate the 10 year anniversary on Saturday 6 April 2024. We’ll have a great range of family and wallet friendly activities on offer so there’s plenty for you to have a go at!
The open day on April 6, 2024, will feature exciting activities, including:
VeloBalance Sessions: £2 (Including equipment)
MTB*: Bookable all day: £1 (Bring your own or pay a bike/helmet hire charge of £5) - 10:00 - dusk
Road Cycling*: £1 (Bring your own or pay a bike hire charge of £5) - 10:00 -18:00
Track Cycling: 10 years for £10 (Including bike and helmet) - 10:00 - 17:00

We're undergoing a significant £500,000 transformation so prepare yourselves for more ways to move at Lee Valley VeloPark sith a great range of classes and equipment that suit every workout style coming very soon.
