With its rich history providing a platform and opportunity for young Londoners to showcase their talent, following the 2012 London Olympic Games, the London Youth Games’ legacy has only gone from strength to strength.

This years’ ceremony takes place on 28-30 June and will see the tennis and hockey finals played in the Lee Valley Tennis and Hockey Centre and road cycling and BMX hosted by Lee Valley VeloPark.

London Youth Games Chief Executive, Andy Dalby-Welsh, said “We believe sport is a right for all. We are so grateful to all our partners who are supporting us in putting on this exciting event...We are excited that through competition, cultural performances, have-a-go sessions, and giveaways, we can demonstrate how the London Youth Games is ‘Every Young Londoner’s Games.’”

London Youth Games is an opportunity for young Londoners from all backgrounds and boroughs to experience incredible Olympic venues, meet Olympic athletes, try out new sports and learn how to make a positive impact in their local communities. It is a staple in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park calendar, and we are proud to see it return to our venues at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park for another year.
