Join us in celebrating the remarkable £688,000 transformation of Lee Valley Athletics Centre with an exciting open day on Saturday 23 September 2023.
The iconic venue has undergone significant upgrades, and to celebrate we’re thrilled to offer complimentary taster fitness classes and gym sessions.
Taster Fitness Classes Schedule:
- 10:00 - 11:30: Core Conditioning
- 11:30 - 12:30: BoxFit
- 12:30 - 13:30: Body Conditioning
- 13:30 - 14:30: Circuits
Academy Trial Sessions:
- 12:00 - 13:00: Ages 6 - 8 and 8 - 12
- 13:00 - 14:00: Ages 12 - 16
Lee Valley Athletics Centre's transformation has been made possible through an investment from Lee Valley Regional Park Authority.
A major highlight of the refurbishment initiative is the conversion of the Ron Pickering Studio into a dynamic and modern fitness class space.
Significant improvements have been made to the Strength and Conditioning suite, the gym, and the cardio area. Over £170,000 has been invested in cutting edge Technogym equipment to enhance the training experience for professional as well as aspiring athletes and regular gym-goers.
