Walker Activity Dome is located on the east side of Newcastle and was previously known locally as “The Dome”. The centre has a long and positive history in the heart of Walker, dating all the back to November 1965 when it first opened. We are a family friendly centre that offers a range of activities for all ages and abilities both indoors and outdoors. You can choose from outdoor football on our all-weather 3G pitches, various indoor racket sports including squash, badminton, table tennis and pickle ball.  You can also hire the whole hall or half hall. There is an option to hire our incredibly unique event auditorium which can host up to 2000 spectators.
