The gym has equipment to suit both cardio workouts and strength training, while the 25-metre pool is perfect for lane swimming and aqua classes. There's also a teaching pool where children can build confidence and learn to swim in a space designed just for them. Find HIIT, group cycle, yoga, Pilates, boxfit, circuits, strength and conditioning and dance fitness classes all week, with body conditioning proving especially popular. The sports hall hosts badminton and pickleball, and there's soft play for younger kids. We also run over-50s classes and women-only swimming sessions. After your workout, relax in the sauna or steam room.
