Boxfit is a full body workout that’s guaranteed to get the heart pumping; the class is taken by our fully trained Boxfit fitness class instructors and Fitness Managers.

The explosive movements required in the class work the body aerobically whilst also developing your fast-twitch fibres / building muscle endurance.

Our Box Fit class follows the methods employed in boxing as closely as possible whilst ensuring the maximum amount of safety and exercise benefit to you as a gym member. It has been designed to incorporate active contact without any physical contact.

Boxing is a total body workout. It directly stimulates all of your muscles, including your chest, shoulders, back, arms, legs, and core muscles.

Training in this particular style not only allows you to lose weight, but also gives you a leaner and fitter physique. Of course, losing weight is just half of the battle.
