Lane swimming to suit all speeds to ensure you get the most out of your swim. Competent lane swimmers over the age of 11 are allowed to book Swim for Fitness sessions. Swimmers aged 11-15 should be competent swimmers of a club standard. Your booking is for 1 hour and includes changing time.

After a gym induction (which is carried out on your first visit), our Junior Gym sessions allow children between 11 - 17 to use the gym. Our friendly Fitness Instructors are on hand to offer support and guidance as well as the option of writing you a tailored training programme to help keep your gym sessions fresh.

Keep your family active by working out together in our adult and junior gym sessions. Juniors must be actively supervised at all times by the adult accompanying them. Juniors (11-17 year olds) must book the session and must have a complete induction.

Strengthen and condition your whole body in one of our Junior Strength & Conditioning classes. These classes are a combination of strength and conditioning activities that could include Circuit Training and Body Conditioning in one class.

These low impact classes really help to improve the body's core strength and posture. Our dedicated team of Fitness Instructors use a range of innovative equipment and body weight exercises designed to develop your core muscles.

Push your workout to the next level with high intensity circuit training. Circuit routines provide a rigorous, all-body workout as you tackle a sequence of physical challenges designed to get you fitter and stronger.

This class is designed to develop your full body strength. Each class includes strength and cardio exercises that will perfect form and control to hit the whole body.
