Our fitness classes are grouped into key categories, which help you identify the right classes for you.
Membership options
You don't have to be a member to take part in our fitness classes but we are sure to have a membership that suits you.
Our inclusive citywide membership includes swimming, gym, fitness classes, and racquet sports across all of our Better centres in Belfast.

Group Cycle
Our group cycle studio is situated on the first floor of the building, come pedal your way to fitness on 1 of 30 top of the range Technogym bikes.
Work at your own pace as you cycle along with the group in one of our themed classes to uplifting music and continuous motivation from our experienced coaches.
Body conditioning
The original barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast. This program is based on the rep effect, using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions; Pump will give you a total body workout.
Instructors will coach you through the workout, pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music helping you achieve much more than on your own.
Zumba
Bases in the dance studio area Zumba is a high tempo fitness class which is inspired by various styles of Latin American dance.
This class is a guaranteed fun way to make you sweat and feel better.
Box fit
This class caters for all levels of fitness and skill in boxing. Why not learn different techniques on how to punch pads and release stress.

Yoga
Yoga incorparates different postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation and guided relaxation to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.
Aqua fit
Aqua Aerobics is a water-based workout that combines aerobic exercises with resistance training, it is also a great way to increase fitness levels and have fun at the same time.
