Dance For Joy Event, 15th March
Join us on Saturday 15th March 3-8pm - MDX House, Middlesex University, The Burroughs, London NW4 4BT. Enter via Greyhound Hill.
This free dance event gives older adults an opportunity to dance! We provide an authentic disco experience with the intention of promoting health and wellbeing. Come and dance to your favourite songs in a relaxed environment. There are no routines, there’s no choreography. It’s simply freestyle dancing and socialising.
Entry, parking and tea and coffee is all free.

Whatever your level – beginner or advanced – meet new people, power up your game and compete at a park court near you with Barclays Local Tennis Leagues.
Over 200 mixed singles and doubles leagues are taking place at local parks and public courts across the nation all year round for adults over the age of 18, and we want you to get involved.
Here are the sign up deadlines and start dates for the upcoming rounds in Barnet. Everything to do with Local Tennis Leagues is now housed in the Local Tennis League app, more information can be found here.
