Fairwater Leisure Centre in Cardiff gives you a complete fitness experience with a gym covering cardio and weights, a 25-metre pool for lane swimming and aqua classes, and a sports hall for badminton, basketball and football. The squash court draws players daily, and pickleball has become a real favourite here. Join group cycle, HIIT, boxfit or Pilates sessions, with strength and conditioning and circuits also available. There's yoga and dance fitness too, alongside rehabilitation classes through our NHS and Cardiff Council partnership. Kids can try junior fitness and gymnastics, or celebrate birthdays with us. We offer over-50s sessions and women-only swimming and classes.
