Get your little ones into a new sport.
Pentwyn are hosting FREE Tae Kwon Do taster session on Thursday 31st October .
Just drop in with your 4 to 15 year old, 3pm - 4pm.
No booking required.
Come and join the fun with Cardiff's Play Service this Halloween Half-Term.
Friday 3pm - 4.55pm at Pentywn Leisure Centre.
These are free sessions for families best suited for children aged 5 - 14 years.
No booking required.
Toddlers World sessions is a soft play area offering an affordable and safe environment for your children to play, make friends and create lasting memories.
Sessions available every Tuesday and Thursday

Junior Group Fitness has landed at Pentwyn.
Aimed at 11 to 17 year olds, we have added Junior Strength and Conditioning to our junior group fitness provision.
The classes are delivered by experienced and qualified instructors who guarantee a fun and exciting experience working out with your friends.

11am - 12pm
If training in the gym is more your interest, we’ve increased the number of Junior Gym slots available to book throughout the holidays. Sessions are now availble to book at the following times:
Saturday 26/10: 12pm - 1pm and 4pm - 5pm
Monday 28/10 to Thursday 31/10: 12pm - 1pm and 4pm – 5pm
Friday 1/11: 2.30pm - 3.30pm and 4pm - 5pm
We have Adult and Junior Gym sessions at Pentwyn. These sessions allow juniors 11 - 17 years old to train outside of Junior Gym times with a pre-paid adult member. The supervising adult is responsible for the juniors safety and welfare at all times during these sessions.
Junior equipment restrictions do apply.
Juniors 11 - 15 years = cardio and resistance machines only.
Juniors 16 - 17years =No restriction.
Sessions are: Monday to Friday, 5pm - 6pm and Saturday, 11am - 12pm
Junior must book a Adult and Child Gym slot and Adults must book a Gym slot. A member of the team can be available for advice and guidance if required.
